Terms for the controlled SwingSend pilot

Coach responsibility

Coaches control their offers, prices, coaching decisions and player relationships. They must have authority to collect and review player media and must not present intake-generated prompts as automated video analysis.

Player responsibility

Players must upload only media they are entitled to share and follow safe practice and filming conditions. Pain, injury and equipment-safety concerns require an appropriately qualified professional.

Pilot limitations

The service may change or be withdrawn during validation. Local storage, email delivery and payment integrations depend on operator configuration. SwingSend has not proven that it lowers scores, saves coach time or increases income.
