Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about remote golf coaching on SwingSend.
What is a remote golf lesson?
You record a short video of your swing on your phone, send it to your coach with your goal and what's going wrong, and your coach sends back a marked-up video, feedback and a practice plan. It all happens online, on your schedule.
What does it cost?
Each coach sets their own pricing and lesson packs, so it varies by coach. You'll see the price on a coach's page before you commit, and there's no payment taken just to look around.
Do players need an app?
No. Your coach sends you a private link that opens in your phone's browser. You can upload a swing and revisit your feedback without installing a player app.
How do I get my feedback?
Your coach reviews your swing, draws on the key frames, and writes up a short plan. You get a link to the marked-up video and notes that you can re-watch as often as you like.
How quickly will I hear back?
Turnaround depends on your coach. Check the offer on their page or ask them when they expect to review your swing.
What do I need to film my swing?
Just a phone. A simple down-the-line or face-on video of your swing is enough. Your coach will tell you if they'd like a particular angle next time.
Can I keep working with the same coach?
Yes — that's the idea. You can send new swings over time, and your coach can see your history so each review builds on the last.
