What you keep, at your volume
SwingSend charges no subscription: the first 10 paid lessons you bring each month carry no fee, and the proposal above that is 8.0% of the incremental amount. Nothing is charged during the pilot.
Subscription, commission and player service fee default to typical incumbent marketplace terms, vendor-published Aug 2026; verify before relying. Edit them to whatever your own quote says. The subscription default is published in USD — enter the equivalent in your own currency.
Payment processing is excluded on both sides because it applies under either model. Neither figure is a quote.
Where a lesson price goes
Every priced package on SwingSend shows the same four numbers to the coach and to the player: the price, the estimated payment-processing cost, the SwingSend fee, and what the coach takes home. On a A$99.00 lesson inside the monthly free allowance, that is A$3.17 estimated processing, A$0.00 SwingSend fee and A$95.83 to the coach.
Estimated at 2.9% + 30c using published card rates. SwingSend does not charge or measure processing — your own payment provider does, and their actual rate may differ.

No review, no charge
A coach can attach a turnaround promise to any package. If a swing is not reviewed inside that promise plus 6 hours of grace, SwingSend records the miss, applies the coach’s chosen remedy — a credit or a free lesson — and marks the lesson as not charged. The player does not have to ask, and the coach does not have to arbitrate.
SwingSend is in an invitation-only founding-coach pilot. Coach participation is not sold as a subscription; integrated marketplace payments and transaction fees are not live yet.
