For coaches
Turn between-lesson videos into a repeatable service
Collect player context and swing clips in one place, review on your own schedule, and send a polished lesson under your own brand. The founding-coach pilot is invitation-only while the workflow and economics are validated.
Why coaches use SwingSend
Coach beyond your postcode
Take on players wherever they are. Your local lesson book stops being the ceiling on your business.
Package between-lesson help
Turn ad hoc advice from texts and DMs into a defined remote review that you can choose to charge for.
Review with the full context
Clips, goals, ball flight, prior lessons and an intake-based checklist arrive together in one case. The pilot measures whether this reduces review time.
Keep your players progressing
Player history, goals and progress live in one place, so every review builds on the last.
Your page, your plans, your brand
A public coach page and booking link with your name, your lesson packs and your pricing.
Simple, organised workflow
An inbox of swing submissions, a feedback composer, and shareable lessons — no spreadsheets or scattered DMs.
How coaching on SwingSend works
Set up your coach page
Add your bio, remote lesson offer and prices, then review the public page before sharing it.
Players send you swings
They upload a swing with their goal and the miss they're fighting, straight to your inbox — no scheduling back-and-forth.
Review on your own time
Pause on the key frames, draw lines and arrows on the swing, and use the player's intake checklist as prompts for your own judgement.
Send feedback and track payment
Compose a clear plan, share the marked-up lesson, and track the payment status alongside the case. Keep your current payment method during the pilot.
Build lasting relationships
Player history and progress stay in one place, so every review builds on the last instead of starting over.
What the founding pilot must prove
SwingSend has not yet proven that it saves review time, increases coaching income or improves scores. The pilot measures active review time, upload completion, turnaround, player clarity and repeat submissions before those become product claims.
Send one upload link
Give it to a real student and ask for one down-the-line swing plus the ball flight they saw.
Run the review loop
Open the case, use the draft/snippets/checkpoints only as helpers, add your judgement, then send the lesson link.
Ask for the next swing
Use the player lesson library and follow-up thread to prove whether the loop creates repeat coaching demand.
You're in control
Set your own prices
Quick reviews, monthly feedback, live calls, multi-week programs — you decide what to offer and what to charge.
It's your business
Your players, your brand, your page. No lock-in. SwingSend complements your in-person work rather than replacing it.
Less admin, more coaching
One inbox, one review workflow, shareable lessons. Spend your time on the swing, not on spreadsheets.
Coach questions
How do I get paid?
You set your own plans and prices. During the pilot, keep using your current payment method while SwingSend tracks the case and payment status; live checkout is only enabled after it is configured and tested.
How long does a review take?
SwingSend is designed to make a useful review possible in under three minutes, but that is a pilot target rather than a proven claim. The product records the workflow data needed to measure it with real cases.
Do I need special equipment?
No. Your players film on their phones and you review in your browser — no studio or extra software required.
Can I keep my in-person students?
Absolutely. SwingSend is designed to add a remote stream alongside your in-person lessons, not replace them.
What does it cost me to use SwingSend?
SwingSend is currently running a small, invitation-only founding-coach pilot. Pilot terms are agreed directly before a workspace is created; broad self-serve pricing is not live yet.
